Josiah spent many childhood summers performing odd jobs to help out at Hopper-McMillin where his dad, David, and his oldest brother, Paul, work. Josiah has a love for helping people and a love for technology. He works to combine these two in day to day life by updating many of Hopper-McMillin’s systems to allow us to help the clients in the best way and give the clients the best experience possible. Some of his past projects include scanning and organizing all paper client folders, updating procedures for inter and extra-office communication, enacting new policies, and performing training on ways to firm up our data security.
As our cybersecurity and technology consultant, Josiah performs many behind the scenes tasks to keep operations going smoothly and ensures the security of our office. He is pursuing a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at the University of Michigan – Dearborn.
Josiah is passionate about spending time with his friends and family, and his other interests include caring for animals, playing with kids, reading, and gardening. He is active in his local church, where he teaches a Sunday School class and runs the sound booth.
